Design Two Advertisements
Using the material from the identity package of classmate, create two full page (8.5x11) advertisements that could be used in magazine or newspaper. One should be in 3-color, the other with full color.

-The three-color can have black as a color (if you use black)
but the white of the background is not a color. )

1. Conduct a 10 question interview with your client (classmate) to get a sense about their 'company'.
The interview should consist of only 5 questions regarding the company and only 5 questions regarding the potential ad content. Write these questions down before you ask them.
2. Design at least 2 preliminary sketches for each ad from visual resources of your choosing.
3.Think about how your ads need to function. How to catch people’s eyes and maintain their interest. You need take into consideration your intended audience and how to give them enough information to be informed and engaged.
4. Remember, language and imagery are equally important and they need to work together in order for the ads to be successful.

A. We help existing and start up company's succeed in there business thru innovative ideas and time tested business strategies.

A. Currently the continental U.S.

A. Our firm is located in Springton, ME and currently employ 12 very talented individuals.
5. What kind of image do you want your company to project?
A. One of high quality but yet, "Home Spun".
6. Which of your two logo's do you want to use?
A. The 2nd logo with the four circles filled with yarn.
7. Are you open to logo changes?
A. Yes, but keep the main concept.
8. Do you have a slogan or catch phrase?
A. "Where your fashions come alive"
9. What do you envision as a successful advertisement?
A. I'm not sure.
10. Well, are you open minded about ideas for a successful advertisement?
A. I am very liberal with this. Yes, I am very open minded.

I made some four-leaf clovers using my thumb print to incorporate into the design.
I put my idea on paper and then jumped in with both feet.
